Windows 10 December 2025 Update Breaks MSMQ — Microsoft Releases Emergency OOB Fix (KB5074976)

Microsoft has confirmed a serious issue caused by the December 2025 Patch Tuesday update for Windows 10 (KB5071546) that breaks Message Queuing (MSMQ) functionality in enterprise environments.
