Brief about Jagruti Samani:
Jagruti Samani is a seasoned governance, risk management, and internal audit leader with over three decades of experience across India and the Middle East. She currently serves as Group Chief Internal Auditor at the W J Towell Group, one of Oman’s largest conglomerates, where she leads internal audit and governance frameworks. Previously, she was Chief Internal Auditor at Khimji Ramdas Group, Oman, overseeing governance, compliance, and risk functions across FMCG, retail, infrastructure, automotive, hospitality, training, and insurance sectors. Reporting directly to the Board, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening internal controls, improving operational transparency, and fostering a culture of ethical accountability and collaborative governance.

Her expertise spans internal audit, fraud prevention, compliance oversight, ERP transformation, and strategic process improvement. She holds an exceptional portfolio of credentials including CA, CISA, CIA, ACFE, CMA (USA), PMP, ESG Expert, ESG BRSR Expert, and Certified Corporate Director. Jagruti also serves as an Independent Director at Entremonde Polycoaters Ltd. (India), where she chairs the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. Known for her principled and people-centric leadership, she has successfully led SAP ERP transformation initiatives, mentored future leaders, and championed ethical, sustainable business practices. Passionate about leadership and personal growth, Jagruti actively mentors young talent and supports individuals in navigating their professional and personal journeys as a Certified Life Coach.
