Lumen part 2- how, why, and what I am doing

3 weeks ago I started using a Lumen to help my weight journey. I explain how it works, how to use it and what I’ve learned from it. And, I’ve lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks “just doing what Lumen tells me to do”.
