How to Build a Moat Around Your Brand

Distribution moat
You own attention. Audience. Email list. Content. Direct access to customers.

Each of these makes it harder for competitors to take your customers.

And easier for you to protect pricing power.

So instead of only asking, “How do we grow this quarter?”

Ask:

What are we building that competitors can’t copy?
