MY FIRST PELICAN CURL | HOW I ACHIEVED A FULL REP IN 3 WEEKS | WITH COMMENTARY

I finally Get A Glimpse of My first Full Pelican Curl Reps .
Never been a fan of this move because I think it's too much stress on the bicep tendon for big guys like me . But after 3 weeks of playing around with the negatives now the full rep not so bad as it felt A year ago the first time attempted .
STILL NEED TO BE APPROACHED WITH CARE .
