PART 2 BABY LET'S GO:
5 REPS = 5 second hold at top
4 REPS = 4 second hold at top
3 REPS = 3 second hold at top
2 REPS = 2 second hold at top
1 REP = 1 second hold at top
*no stopping until all 20 reps are complete!*
I recommend going LIGHTER than your normal hip thrusting weight, as it will be a lot more challenging to make it through this 15 rep sequence.
Try to do this sequence 3 times through with plenty of rest between rounds! Let me know if you try it.... it's okay to hate me for this one... your glutes will thank me later, BUAHAHA!
