How to make pcb from screen shot:
1. view video in full HD
2. Take Screen shot
3. paste it in MS paint or any other software.
4. open A4 size paper in MS Word
5. Resize it by comparing actual A4 size paper by zoom in or out and make it on screen and comparing it by keeping the original paper on your monitor.
6. now resize the pcb layout by keeping any opamp on your monitor screen.
7. After resizing take the print and enjoy.
