I’ve owned 25 different Porsches over the past eight years, and this is the six-car garage I ended up with.

In this video, I walk through each one: the 993 (air-cooled Porsche 911 Carrera 2, analog driving feel, classic 911 experience), 996 GT3 (Mezger-powered Porsche 911 GT3, raw driver’s car, motorsport-era GT car), 997.2 Carrera S manual (direct-injection 997.2, manual transmission, modern 911 sweet spot), 718 Spyder (Boxster Spyder, 4.0-liter flat-six, open-top Porsche experience), 981 GT4 (Cayman GT4, mid-engine Porsche, naturally aspirated driver’s car), and Macan GTS (performance SUV, sporty daily driver, practical Porsche). I talk about what makes each car special, what frustrates me about it, and why it still has a place in the garage.

This is really a look at what these cars are like in the real world — not on paper. What they’re like to buy, sort out, spend money on, drive, live with, and justify over time. Some of them are easier to own than others. Some are more special. None of them is perfect.

And at the end, I answer the question I think matters most: if I could only keep one of these six, which one would it be?
