Roomba I3+ Robot Vacuum Review: I3 vs I3+ vs I4+

Full review of the Roomba I3+, iRobot's least expensive option with a self-emptying feature. I've spent the past few days testing it and I'll share the results in this review.

The Roomba I3 is in a lot of ways similar to the I6 - it has roughly the same airflow, uses the same extractors, has the same dustbin capacity, and clean base station.

However, the I3 doesn't have the I6 or the I7's imprint smart mapping, so it can't save maps. Therefore, it doesn't have access to advanced features like keep out zones.

It relies on what iRobot calls floor sensors and gyroscopes for navigation. It still moves in neat rows, like the I6/I7, but it can't clean specific zones.

Cleaning performance is decent, almost at par with the I6+ I tested previously, so this shouldn't be a deciding factor.
