I know I provided a tutorial in the video, but here are the simple steps for reporting the hackers if you have an Xbox and would like to help report them:
1. Send their Gamertag a Private Chat invite
2. View their Gamercard and click File Complaint
3. File complaints for Cheating and System Tampering

I wouldn't have guessed that mods/hacks/infections were still going on in COD4. I occasionally go back on it to play a couple of games, but the 1st lobby we got into had mod menus...
