Women from Russia and Ukraine commonly meet men during organized tours to their country, so much so that a law in the United States had to be established to regulate marriage agencies, known as the International Marriage Brokers Regulation Act or IMBRA for short.

This couple met during a tour of this nature through A Foreign Affair, which also was featured in this documentary.
