Uganda's Street Food: Local authorities concerned about public health risks

In Uganda, like other developing countries street food vending is popular and generates income to many households. While the street markets mean opportunities for people who bring their goods to a reliable city market, authorities say the public is continuously exposed to risks and concerns.
