Watch This If You HATE SALADS 🥗 #veganrecipes #viralrecipes

If you’re looking for a quick, high protein lunch idea that tastes amazing you got to try this wrap 😍 Super crunchy, vegan and 35g of protein per wrap!

Ingredients: ✨

-High protein / whole grain wrap
-Romaine lettuce/kale 100g

-Chickpeas 70g
-salt, pepper, paprika powder, olive oil 1/2tsp each

-firm tofu 150g
-almond flour ( or regular) 15g
-cornstarch 10g
-salt, pepper to taste

-tahini 30g
-capers 1tsp
-lemon juice 1tbsp
-olive oil 1tbsp
-mustard 1tsp
-water, salt, pepper to taste

-avocado 1/2
-vegan Parmesan 1tbsp ( optional)

Method: 🌱

-Turn on oven to 180C.
-Rinse and pat dry chickpeas, mix with oil and spices and bake for 30min stirring halfway until crispy.
-Open and press tofu to remove liquid and cut into 1cm thick rectangles. Dip from both sides into almond flour+corn starch, salt& pepper mix. Grill on oiled pan for 5min on each side until golden and crispy.
-Prepare the dressing by mixing all ingredients and add water at the end to reach desired consistency.
-Warm up the wrap. Mix lettuce with avocado, half of chickpeas+sauce and place it on the wrap. Then cut tofu in strips and place it on the wrap. Add more sauce if desired. Wrap like a burrito, cut and enjoy!
