Donny van de Beek (Dutch. Donny van de Beek; born April 18, 1997 in Nakerkerven, The Netherlands) is a Dutch footballer, midfielder of the English club Manchester United and the Netherlands national team.

In 2008 he joined the Ajax Academy. In 2015 he made his debut for the Dutch club in the Europa League match against the Scottish club Celtic. In the 2016/17 season, he was included in the "team of the week" in the Europa League. Ajax made it to the final but lost to English Manchester United. During the 2017/18 season, van de Beck became one of the players in the first team of his team, scoring 13 goals. Following the end of the 2018/19 season, in which Ajax reached the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League, van de Beck was included in the list of 30 nominees for the Ballon d'Or.

Van de Beck has represented the Netherlands at the youth level, playing in the U17, U19, U20 and U21 teams. On November 14, 2017 he made his debut in the main national team of his country.

On September 2, 2020, transferred to Manchester United for 39 million euros (34.7 million pounds); the transfer amount may increase in the future by 5 million euros in the form of various bonuses. Van de Beck has signed a five-year contract with the English club. He chose a jersey with the number "34" in honor of his friend Abdelhak Nuri, who played in "Ajax" under this number. On 19 September 2020, he played for Manchester United for the first time, replacing Paul Pogba in the Premier League match against Crystal Palace and scored a goal in his debut game for the club.
