Harley death wobble trying to show the dealer an issue they created by making head bearing to tight

The dealer tightened the head bearings to much, so I made this video to show them the issue they say is normal. They have since fixed it. This video was taken at 45 mph. Every time I let go of the bars, it shakes as you see in the video.
