Jowar Rice Flour Uttapam Recipe
*:* Make a healthy and delicious Uttapam using Jowar Rice Flour! This South Indian breakfast dish is perfect for a nutritious start to your day.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Jowar Rice Flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup grated carrot (optional)
- Ghee or oil for cooking
1. Mix Jowar Rice Flour, water, salt, baking soda, and sugar to form a batter.
2. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and carrot (if using) to the batter.
3. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of batter.
4. Cook until bubbles appear and the edges start to dry.
5. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
6. Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
