How to STOP waiting for life to get BETTER🌱: Q2 check-in & girl talk
We treat the new year like it’s the only time we’re allowed to start over.
But Q2? It’s quieter. Less pressure. More real.
These are the 3 things I’m doing to make this quarter count — no guilt, just growth. Q2 isn’t about catching up. It’s about choosing differently.
In this video, I’m sharing the shifts I’m making to get realigned with what actually matters to me — not the pressure, not the algorithm, not the “shoulds.”

May is Mental Health Awareness Month — and as I reset for Q2, I wanted to share a few resources that have helped me or people I care about.
BetterHelp – I’ve personally used BetterHelp and found it super helpful when I needed someone to talk to but didn’t have the energy to figure out in-person therapy. It’s online, flexible, and a great first step if you’ve been putting this off.

Calm – For those “I can’t quiet my brain” moments, Calm has been a go-to. Their meditations, sleep stories, and breathwork sessions have helped me recenter during chaotic weeks.

Headspace – Headspace makes mindfulness simple. Whether it’s a 3-minute breathing break or a daily reset, I love how approachable and practical their tools are — especially during a busy quarter.
