SHEET PAN STUFFED CHICKEN PITAS:
10 garlic cloves minced
1-2 shallots chopped
2-3 tbsp fresh rosemary
1 lemon cut into wedges
Chicken breast (cut into chunks)
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp paprika
1tsp chili powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp olive oil
*Bake at 425 for 15 mins, stir together & bake an additional 10-15 mins
HONEY FETA SAUCE: pulse ingredients in food processor
Fresh Feta
Handful fresh herbs (I used chives, parsley & basil)
4 whole garlic cloves
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Honey
Red pepper flakes
