In this case “mola” (molar) means to be cool. This expression is only used in Spain.

“castellano”
This word is used within Spain to refer to the Spanish language, to differentiate it from other languages spoken in the country, such as Euskera, Catalan or Galician. In the rest of the Spanish-speaking countries is better to use “español”.

“o”
With the conjunctions o ("or") and y ("and"), the vowels change if they are followed by the same vowel sounds.

“Granadan”
She means Spanish spoken in Granada, Andalusia.

She means the rhythm.

This expression means “as far as it goes” or “all things considered”
