How to setup Adjustable Thrust & One-Way Drive for Rubber Powered Models

There are lots of ways of doing it, but this is a basic method which I have used on a variety of models with great success. It is a simple and reliable way to be able to adjust your thrust angle until you find that 'sweet spot" the model flies best on. I've also included some details on my One-Way drive setup which allows the propeller to free wheel when the rubber motor runs out of winds.
