Pet grooming industry: Association working on consistent, clearer pathways to qualify as groomer
Understanding signs of distress in animals and responding to emergencies - these are among key skills the Pet Grooming Association of Singapore aims to standardise. Currently, the sector remains largely unregulated, with licensing not yet mandatory for groomers. The association aims to present a proposed framework to authorities by end-June.
