Part 1 - MV Oakwood British Merchant Navy 1966-68 - Higher quality re-edit

This is a new and improved re-edit of this film which has been re-uploaded in a better format for You Tube.
This is part 1 of a film shot by my dad in 1966-67 when he was in the British Merchant Navy.

This film follows his travels aboard the bulk carrier Oakwood on his final voyage at sea from 06/12/1966 to 22/08/1967 and features images from South America (Chile), Japan and some rough sea footage from the Atlantic.

I edited this film together and used music from his record and cd collection, some of it music from the 1960's which helps to give it that extra bit of authenticity.
