Ještěd is a mountain in the north of the Czech Republic, southwest of Liberec. It rises to a height of 1012 meters above sea level. At the top is a famous mountain hotel with a transmitter. It is a modern building with a 90 m high tower designed by architect Karel Hubáček. In 1969, he won the prestigious Perret Prize of the International Union of Architects for it.

Ještěd je hora na severu Česka, jihozápadně od Liberce. Pne se do výšky 1012 metrů nad moře. Na vrcholu stojí slavný horský hotel s vysílačem. Je to moderní budova s věží vysokou 90 m podle návrhu architekta Karla Hubáčka. V roce 1969 za ní získal prestižní Perretovu cenu Mezinárodní unie architektů.
