Humans possess an immense capacity to shape their lives, endure suffering, and create meaning, but that same capacity can collapse inward when belief turns against itself. When power is denied internally, it does not vanish; it mutates into hesitation, dependency, and quiet resignation. The greatest limitations are rarely imposed from the outside. They are accepted, repeated, and lived into existence. Power begins to erode not when circumstances are difficult, but when the individual stops seeing themselves as an active force within them. The moment belief shifts, so does agency, responsibility, and the willingness to act.
