We are happy to present you our newest 11 hour Deep Sleep track.

We used Binaural beats to target the Delta Waves. Delta brainwaves, mimicking the sleep state, allow you to rejuvenate both your mind and body, regenerating the needed chemicals you up use while awake.

When listening to binaural beats you'll want to make sure that the sound level coming through your headphones/speakers isn't set too high. For this reason we mixed them with the music very subtly. We also mixed the binaural beats periodically since continuous binaural beats sounds tend to saturate the ears leading to headache. Adjust the volume to make it comfortable to hear.

The black screen after ten minutes will reduce the amount of light on some devices to emphasize a relaxing environment.

The smooth voice combined with the cyclic binaural beats will help most of the people enter a sleep state faster then usual.

Although not mandatory, headphones usually provide a better listening experience, experiment with what works best for you, headphones or common speakers.
