The Hellgate of the North is a constant threat in the world of trench crusade, and a successful invasion here could spell the end of Northern Europe in the setting.
To hold back the tide of the demons from the court of the seven headed serpent, and the heretic legion, Finlandia sends its Hakkapeliittas.
The Hakkapeliittas of Finland are an expert fighting force, living off the land, scavenging weapons and armour from the heretic dead and harassing their forces.
But how important are a small number of border guards exactly? Well... to lose them, may mean the loss of all of Northern Europe.
