Drag red dot on axis or Press Z/X key + drag layer boundary to Adjust Axis Begin and End

Axis begin and end values can be adjusted interactively, without opening axis dialog, in Origin 2024.
Click on axis, red dots will show on both ends to drag to adjust axis begin or end. It auto snaps to major ticks if close enough. The cursor shape and drag speed can be adjusted by hotkeys.
In Scale Zoom and Pan mode, when mousing closer to layer frame (axis begin or end), cursor will change to double arrow to drag as well. Plots changes in real time to help the adjustment.
Z and X are hotkeys for Zoom and Pan. So such dragging is also supported when Z or X is pressed.
