2026-02 N01 (Modular Jam with Plaits into Echo Cinematic!)

Heyyyyyyy and happy end of February! Here's a modular jam that gets a bit technicolor. Apologies (🙂‍↔️) for the video effects editing but HEY why not! 🔴🟠😵‍💫🟢🔵🟣🔵🟢😵‍💫🟠🔴

__P_A_T_C_H__N_O_T_E_S__:

This patch started off by taking a Plaits clone (@stoelmusicsystems DMO) into the @happynerding4369 MMM VCF into the @knobula_synths Echo Cinematic. I'm still learning to love this delay/reverb unit but it really got me this time. The @SeasideModular Proteus is driving the main melody - I've said it before and I'll say it a 1000 more time: Proteus is an inspiration machine. 👏🏼

Bass is the @nanoindustries0 Ona split out between their Font filter and the Happy Nerding Super Sawtor.

Drums are the excellent @hexinverterDOTnet Mutant BD9 and Clap (offscreen) modules. Snare from the @tiptop-audio SD909 into the Time Machine. Additional samples triggered from the @1010music Bitbox. Everything is sequenced by the RS-9 offscreen; me switching patterns on as we go.

Additional chords and percussion added in Ableton Live. Mixed in Ableton Live.
