This turned into a very long winded response.. but it’s what naturally came out so I figured I’d share it with the world. In this video I will share a deeper understanding of why I do what I do, how I do it, and which tools to start with.

Things I left out…
-it only takes 30-40 minutes 5 days a week.
-the idea is to not wake up the next day overly sore (or not sore at all)
- it’s better to go 50-70% to failure everyday than going hard every day. The person who doesn’t push themselves to the limit every workout, will end up with much more volume.
-if you only have 10 minute of movement before becoming too sore, then do 5 minutes. Next week or 2 weeks from now can be 10. Consistency wins the race.
-consistency always beats intensity. Find a way to workout that you enjoy and is sustainable for life. Maybe this style is for you too?
