Pig Madness at the Koh Madsum PIG ISLAND Thailand

Who knew that spending time with pigs can be that much fun!

Our PRIVATE long tail boat (with a roof) took us from Koh Samui Thong Krut Pier to the Koh Madsum Pig Island and back for only 2000 Baht for two adults and a 6 year old FREE (July 2022).

Yes, everyone is selling the half day trip with Pig Island and snorkeling at another island, all for about 5000-6000 Baht (two people).

We decided to make our own trip and found a guy that did a nice price, took us to the island, waited till we had enough and took us back to Koh Samui. Easy day few hours and relaxing.

Well, the boat ride was a little rocky there and back with the waves and we got soaked haha...

Recommendations:
1. Save money by finding your own boat and make your own itinerary.
2. Ask for a discount.
3. Bring some cash to the island for drinks (very good and strong cocktails) and snack food.
4. Don't pet the Daddy Pig (he bites).
5. Limited shady spots.
