HELLO! Thank you so much for watching my very first YouTube video!!
This is a fun vlog style video following my journey doing @Kaylaitsines Bikini Body Guide for the Sweat 6 Week Challenge!
Here is my journey doing the Bikini Body Guide by Kayla Itsines! The BBG program includes tri-weekly resistance workouts that consist of 4x 7 minute circuits. The other days are cardio days where I chose to do mostly HIIT because this was my 4th Round and I wanted to push myself a bit harder! I also challenged myself to eat vegetarian the whole time!
I didn't do this challenge for weight loss - it was purely for fun because I love this program and wanted to give an insight into what the program is like and continue to improve my strength and fitness level! :)
