🎨 Palette Play: How to Build Cohesive Collage Paper Palettes

Join us for Palette Play as we use the Spring Forward FREE Sampler to sort printable collage papers within a collection by visual “sameness.”

In this video, we create simple sorting cards for style, pattern design, color family, value, and neutral/grey. For each card, we choose three collage paper strips that share something in common, then glue them down as a visual reference.

This is a practical way to look more closely at your papers before you start creating. After making the sorting cards, we look at four mini collages and see how the same ideas can be used in finished work, including same value, same pattern, same color family, and a neutral background.
