Colonies and Queens
Beekeeper at Wiston House gardens, Alec Harden noticed several queen bee cells growing within one beehive and made the decision to artificially swarm the colony. Alec visits the recently split colony to monitor the bees and explains how and why to swarm. Part 3 of 5 in our Beekeeping series.
