Fixing Chipped Indonesian Machete on Tormek T-8: Grind, Hone, and a 🤕 CLOSE CALL!

Hey guys, it’s Cory from Get Sharp! This video wraps up my Indonesian Machete not a Trilogy—fixing a chipped edge on this cool '90s blade from Jakarta for my father-in-law. I grind it to perfection at 16° (oops, meant 20°!), add a 25° micro bevel, and hone it. But watch out—I nearly make a catastrophic mistake while scratching an itch one-handed at the start! It’s a close call, but no blood, thank goodness. Stick around to see the sharp result on paper. Benefits: tougher edge, restored look.
