Chilly Relationship

The plaintiff says she worked at a fast-food restaurant with the defendant, who was fired for having sex in the walk-in freezer while on the job. She’s suing her former roommate for breach of contract and an extermination fee. The defendant denies the freezer incident and says he doesn’t owe his former friend a thing.
