Three injured in dryer blast at pharma firm in Amritsar
hree persons including a woman sustained injuries when a dryer in the pharmaceutical factory, Uni pharma, suddenly exploded in Chawla Colony on Batala road here today evening.
The injured were identified as Savitri, Vickey and Sonu who were rushed to nearby private hospital.
Panic gripped in the area as the dryer exploded. The residents of the area immediately rushed to the spot and started rescued the injured. The police and fire brigade department also reached the spot.
The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
