Stress used to feel like my baseline.

It was learning how to work with my body.

Breath by breath, I started teaching my system how to calm down.

At first, nothing really changed.
But with consistency, something shifted.

My body softened.
My mind followed.

Stress didn’t disappear…
but it stopped controlling me.
