How to Make a Tassel

Tassels are probably my favorite yarn "accessory" - I love them year round to adorn garments, and especially during the holidays to top gifts and use as ornaments. I get asked all the time how I make them, so I've put together a little tutorial for a simple standard tassel as well as one with a wooden bead at the top.

- Cardboard rectangle, approx 4"x2.5" (note that any size can be used, and the longer the rectangle, the longer the tassel)
