I performed this song live on the last day of college with Chris McEwen and Alex Skinner. One of the many beautiful moments I've shared because of you.

My Sister Nariece: It's really weird getting upset about the loss of someone you have never met. I've felt like this when Winehouse passed,Bowie and Cornell but this has been the most painful. Cam and I discovered Linkin Park when we were very small, perhaps during the early years of primary school. "Crawling" has been the gateway into a love affair with rock music, and I am so saddened by the idea that Chester is no longer around. I never met him, Cam did, but I can't shake the feeling that he had such an impact on our lives. Whether it was him being an important reminder of not judging others by their appearance (I once asked mum why Chester 'looked like a geek' when I was small and she lectured me for about 15 minutes) or the sheer influence he had on rock and metal, I am devastated we have lost one of the finest rock vocalists. Cheers to Chester, responsible for many childish duets between myself and cam in the box room of Clive Road. I am absolutely gutted, and hope that at least his musical legacy will continue to live on. I know in myself and Cameron's artistic endeavours it will. I hope Chester has found peace. I hope one day soon his family and friends can find it too.

My Dad: Chester Bennington RIP and thank you for all you brought to this world. Without LP and in particular your amazing voice and talent, my son would not be doing what he does today - FACT. Ever grateful to you, you are and will always be, sorely missed. :(

I'm broken. This man is the reason i do what i do, the reason i love what i love. A day doesn't go by where he doesn't cross my mind and inspire me. One of the best voices on this planet. Easily. There are so many things I want to say, but I just don't know how to say it. I thought I'd meet u again. We will miss u more than u can imagine. We love you Chester. Always.
