VEIN Tips & Tricks - 10 Things You NEED to Know Before Playing

VEIN is a multiplayer, open-world zombie-survival sandbox game developed by Ramjet Studios, set in a grim near-future where society has collapsed and hostile zombies roam the Earth. Players assume the role of a lone survivor (or team up with friends) in a world of abandoned towns, decaying infrastructure, and persistent threats—where simply finding supplies and staying alive is just the beginning. The game’s early access version features core mechanics such as scavenging, base fortification, farming, vehicle maintenance, and looting large-scale maps.

Beyond pure survival, VEIN emphasises long-term progression and emergent sandbox gameplay. As time passes in-game, seasons change, random large-scale events occur, and the AI (zombies, bandits, etc.) reacts dynamically—sensing sight, sound and scent in some cases.
