Climbing to the Upper Meadow | First Excavation Work Begins on the Tennessee Property

In today’s video, I begin by showing the northeast Tennessee property on the OnX map and explaining the steep climb we are about to make as I follow the excavator up toward one of the higher elevations on the land — the upper meadow area. The terrain is quite steep in places, and this gives a much better perspective of both the challenges and opportunities the property presents.

Once we reach the upper area, excavation work begins on one of our first test ditch locations. These excavation points are extremely important because they help provide critical geological and soil information that will later assist in determining the best potential building locations for future structures on the property.

This video mainly focuses on the journey up the mountain and the beginning stages of the excavation process, while another upcoming video will go into greater detail about what exactly these excavation pits are intended to accomplish and how they help evaluate the land for future development.
