One of the greatest pain points I see in a practice is where they have outstanding credit balances that are oftentimes associated with inaccuracies in posting a patient payment inside of the ledger. It's a maze of numbers, a maze of information — and then it's not assigned to the day. So it sits. There is a credit, and eventually they end up giving away more treatment because it never got assigned to the visit.
