I, ELVIS (1992-05-04) Elvis meets the Beatles dramatization from Hard Copy + Outtakes.

1992 Hard Copy mini-series on the life of Elvis Presley. I was chosen to play Ringo Starr in a dramatization of The Beatles meeting Elvis Presley in 1965 Los Angeles, CA. Plus Outtakes. We later went on to form the band, Twist & Shout, A Tribute to The Beatles.

The extra footage brings back so many memories of good times. Peter and Tim encouraged me to go and try out. As I had short blondish hair, I went to Hollywood Wiggers the day before and bought a wig that you see here. I learned it's not fun wearing a wig and a suit on an 80-degree day. After that I grew my hair and dyed it darker.
