Notes:
1. On the Hungarian opt-out, the little-lettered CN logo was used during the commercials until December 2010.
2. Because of a failure, a monoscope appeared before and after changing to the Hungarian opt-out (at the provider UPC).
3. By mistake, Sarah Janes Adventures promo was played in Polish on the Hungarian soundtrack.
