Hey friends!

You guys have been asking me to do a video of my thoughts on body shaming - more specifically on skinny shaming, so here's my take on it! Some may say that skinny shaming is not a real thing, but as someone whose had to live with it my whole life, I'm here to tell you from first hand experience that it absolutely is!!

I encourage you all daily to try to live the fittest & healthiest life you can live every single day, no matter what that looks like for the individual. I hope you all know that regardless of what other words people have called you, you are absolutely beautiful! Even if others don't validate your feelings telling you that you should feel privileged being called thin or skinny - I am here to validate you right now! I know what others may have said hurt & it sucks but regardless of what others say, you are still so wonderfully & uniquely made just as you are. Please don't compare yourself to anyone else, because everyone is on their own journey!!
