It replaces multiple legacy systems, including the FMCSA Portal and the Unified Registration System (URS), and streamlines tasks such as applying for operating authority, maintaining USDOT registration, completing biennial updates, and managing insurance and BOC-3 filings. Motus also incorporates enhanced identity verification and business validation to prevent fraud and ensure accurate records.
