How Bad Is The Fatui ? - Genshin Impact

As the main antagonistic faction in Genshin Impact, most of Fatui's actions are generally bad.
Sometimes miHoYo does introduce a few NPCs to portray the other side of the Fatui, but they are overshadowed by the bad side.

00:12 - The Fatui placed a metal bird that provoked Ursa.
Diluc's father died after fighting it.
00:26 - The Fatui used the same trick to kill Ursa. This event left Mondstadt indebted to Snezhnaya.
The Fatui then asked Mondstadt to provide children for them.
The real purpose is human experimentation.
00:54 - Dottore's subordinate obtained test subjects by claiming to have a cure and tricking parents into giving him their Eleazar plagued children.
01:51 - The Fatui diplomats pressured Jean to let them kill Dvalin.
02:53 - Signora's soldiers stole the Holy Lyre der Himmel.

12:19 - Childe tried to take away Gnosis.
He then summoned Osial to attack Liyue Harbor.
14:08 - The Fatui soldiers launched an attack when the Traveler and friends fought Osial.
14:43 - These Ruin Guards seen around the Dunyu Ruins are most likely from Dottore's research facility.
He abandoned it and didn't even shut it down.
15:36 - Signora, Scaramouche and Dottore are cruel to their subordinates.
17:23 - Kliment broke the contract with Zhongli.
