Possibility that Joe Biden may have 'inadvertently escalated tensions' with Russia

International Security Professor Max Abrahms says US President Joe Biden made “three very major gaffes” which went “off script”.

“I do think that it reinforces the widespread perception that the President is not necessarily up for this, that he’s not really engaged and that he simply needs to read whatever is put in front of him,” Professor Abrahms told Sky News host Rita Panahi.

“Because the moment he goes off script, he says something.

“I think that henceforth, he’ll be even more guarded, and I do think that there is a possibility that Biden inadvertently escalated tensions with Russia.”
