RED SNAPPER Season Is Open! Catch Clean and Cook July 2020

It's red snapper season here in the Atlantic and I get a chance to take Sara our friends out for a few hours. Red snapper are NOT ENDANGERED but The regulations are extremely strict on red snapper in the USA with commercial fishermen getting the majority of the quota. It’s been an ongoing battle for years for the recreational sector to get a bigger portion of the quota. This year we got 4 days in Islamorada to keep them at 1 per person with no size limit! We caught both red snapper and vermillion snapper and then headed back home to cook them up! Sara makes pan fried red snapper and Sadie gives us her opinion on it!
