ASMR Hand Movements + Skin Sounds & Whispered Ramble about some of my Dreams to travel parts of Australia, about my local area & even some very basic Australian History from my memory of what was taught at school.

I will be disabling comments as i remember saying the word "White Man" when talking about when European first discovered and colonized Australia.

I recognize Aboriginal people as traditional owners of this country.

The Aboriginal people of Australia are amazing people, their traditions, their rock art & their ability to survive off the land can never be underestimated. Australia has some very harsh landscapes and these people are masters of living of the land.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.

Sounds : Crinkle, Tapping, Scratching & multi layering of different sounds together

Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours.
